Three Uses of Smoking

I. Brechtian Alienation
Audiences should be encouraged to smoke as "it is hopeless to 'carry away' any man who is smoking and accordingly pretty well occupied with himself."Kasia Boddy, quoting Brecht

II. Calendar Memory
The family admires Zeno's remarkable memory for birthdays and anniversaries, not knowing that every one of them has been an occasion for his resolutions; they think it is his good nature. Making everything that happens in your life a pretext for resolving to stop smoking is not bad if it serves to endear you to your family.Richard Klein, referring to Italo Svevo

III. Good Behavior
It’s only when you quit that you discover what your fascination with smoking has all along been about: the everyday development and maintenance of moral life. Through the filter of a cigarette, the smoker orients himself to the outside world. It’s his very personal way of relating the outside world, the world of events, to the inside one, that of desire. And it is for this reason that, when the cigarette is taken away, the smoker’s moral life seems impoverished.David Orland, via Blackadder

I. Alienation, II. broken vows, and III. the desperate need to shape one's moral and social universe around the things? Sounding more mind-wreckingly addictive and sad all the time, as if the chronic colds, lung and heart risks, and myriad other illnesses weren't tragic enough.

Smoking: arguably the very worst part of this world not involving theft or physical coercion (or their side effects, such as mass starvation).

You have given the good uses of smoking. I must say that smoking is not a bad habit. But it should be done in limit. People should not smoke in the public place and always try to smoke the branded and quality cigars. Cigarsdirect.com also provides the international branded cigars. One can get online cigars very easily by just clicking here: http://www.Cigarsdirect.com.

Considering the long term benefits of smoking cessation such as low risk of succumbing to cancer, a significant reduction in mental stress, odorless breath et al, it is definitely necessary for you to start your quit smoking regimen as soon as possible. However, during the first few weeks, it may appear extremely difficult to get rid of this addiction, but as you consistently try to quit smoking for a certain period of time, your smoking cessation efforts would yield results.
